In addition to normal maintenance, ro-active maintenance has been conducted within the last 10,000 miles by Acura of Exeter, H including replacement of rubber components whether required or not.

Payment

Payment is accepted by: Certified check, ank-to-bank wire transfers, pproved 3rd-party financing or cash in person. Payment must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Due to the difficulty of foreign currency/bank transactions, uyers from outside of the United States must pay by wire transfer only. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposit

Successful bidder (BUYERS) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $2,000. At time of initial deposit, uyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. This deposit is good towards the purchase of the vehicle and will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase (unless otherwise requested). If the vehicle is not picked up or paid for completely within 7-days from the close of auction, n additional $2,000 deposit is required to extend our hold period to 14 days, nless other arrangements are made beforehand (just keep me informed, e're all human, e recognize unforeseeable events). All deposits and fees collected are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event the vehicle is not paid for.

Balance of Payment Due

All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle needs to be paid for in full. If the car is not paid for (or other arrangements are not made), e reserve the right to resell the vehicle seven days after the close of the auction or receipt of deposit.

The Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus ALL applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction by bank wire transfer, ash in person or bank certified funds to Seller. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

Additional fees and taxes

Out of state Buyers are responsible for ALL state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Vehicle Titles

Some titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans in process of pay off. In these cases, here may be a short delay in receiving the title and/or documents which can take 10 to 21 days from the time we pay the vehicle off. All vehicle titles are guaranteed to be free and clear with no liens or liabilities on them. If payment is made via wire transfer or cashier's check, he title will be held until ALL funds have cleared (typically 5-10 business days). Vehicle Shipping

Assistance will be gladly provided in coordinating shipping through a reputable shipping company.

The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Contracting will be complete only with fully bonded and insured transportation services that will deliver the vehicle to your door. There is no affiliation with any transportation company and NO responsibility is assumed by Seller for damages that may incur after your vehicle leaves the premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Buyer will pay for the shipping costs directly to the transportation company unless other arrangements are made. The transport usually takes about 1-3 days to set up. Once the carrier is set up, ehicle delivery usually takes between 2 and 10 days after the pick-up of the vehicle and varies by location, eather, olidays, tc. Once shipping has been coordinated, ou will be provided with the shipping company information immediately so you can stay in contact with them to coordinate drop-off times.
