Believe that all major components are original numbers matching. The original 289 2V starts and runs smoothly and quietly. the transmission shifts perfectly. and the car rolls down the highway flawlessly. The engine has a fresh tuneup. carburetor rebuild. new fuel pump. and fresh oil change. The interior is in good shape with a few minor tears in the driver seat. The exterior needs restoration with rust in the rear quarter panels. outer wheel houses. front fenders. and floor pans. Partial front floor pans were riveted in over the originals so the floors are plenty solid enough to make the car totally drivable. This car is an excellent candidate for restoration. or just drive and enjoy it as is. I personally drove this car from Ohio to Illinois and would not be afraid to drive it anywhere in the country.
