1958 BMW Isetta Built in Britain Same Collector Owner Since 1989 Only 19 Miles Since Restoration This 1958 British-built BMW Isetta is the crown jewel of the private collection of the late founder of the international frozen beverage company Slush Puppie Inc. headquartered in Cincinnati. Ohio. It was purchased from the original owner in Oxford. England in 1989 and shipped to Cincinnati for restoration. where it has resided since. At the time of transfer. the Isetta showed 6. 90 miles on the odometer. It has been driven just 19 miles since the restoration. which was completed in the early 1990s. Note that the seat fabric is virtually identical to the original material. Both the restoration and the vehicle’s history have been meticulously recorded. The buyer will receive all such documentation. including photos. personal correspondence and a video of the dismantling in 1989. This may just be the best documented Isetta on the planet! Please note the two paint imperfections in the last two photos. Those are the only issues of any kind with this stunning Isetta 300.
