Car has passed every smog since I've had it. Will gladly provide smog certificate for California buyers.
This car was my daily driver for 10+ years. I've also taken it on several 1,000+ mile road trips and it has always performed flawlessly and is a fantastic touring car. This car has never, ever let me down mechanically. It is in impeccable operational condition and a true survivor with all original body panels and glass. I had the timing belt done in July, 2015 and right after that the odo gears stopped turning. This is a common problem on higher mileage e30s and it can be easily fixed. However, with a heavy heart I decided to retire the car from daily driver use, having bought a slightly newer E46 for this purpose, and I've decided to let this one go. I won't go into everything that has been said about the E30. Even though this car has the eta motor, has high miles, and is an automatic, it's still a great car that I would not hesitate to drive cross-country. It's not a concours car yet I get so many compliments on it. There are a few minor door dings and a small scrape here and there but overall the car is in very good condition. I've had valve adjustments done at every service and changed everything that needed changing. Please contact me if you would like a photo of any part of the car and I will either post it or send it to you via email.
