Here is a chance to build a BMW 850 the way you would like it.
We have owned this car for about 10 years and we weredevastated when the engine clattered to a stop. It was always an incredible driving experience. Even though this is a 25 year old design it is still a head turner. Just read the comments from other sellers.
Rather than fix the engine I wanted to fit the later 5.4 liter engine. I had read it was a much improved design. Now my plans have changed and the car is for sale.
You will see many 5.0 and 5.4 engines for sale here on ebay and not expensive for an exotic V12.
Alternatively almost any engine could be fitted. This car would be a perfect candidate for a big horsepower engine as it car has the suspension, rakes and aerodynamics to handle any power. It could be truly unique and not just another cookie-cutter hot rod.
Body is straight but the clear coat is failing on the original paint. This color was the classy choice 20+ years ago but I think would look killer with a modern touch. Again it's your choice to make it just as you would want it.
Interior is still looking good, really comfortable 4 seater GT. No problems with the electrics as some of these cars had although some of thepixels are bad on thedisplay.
