Description

I bought this car a couple of years ago because it was the first kind of car I owned and I loved it. I need to sell some cars, t's been sitting at my warehouse for the last couple of years, ust don't drive it at all so have made the tough decision to sell it. Except for the added Foha rear spoiler and cruise control, his E21 is all original. The paint, nterior, tereo cassette, loth interior, re all original, o accidents. The car is an unrestored example of the first generation 3 series. Has the optional S package, hich included a 3 spoke sport steering wheel, imited slip differential, ront spoiler, BS light alloy wheels, ecaro seats, nd rear anti-sway bar. The pictures you will see are as the car looks today. It has not been detailed, ut I will be doing so in the next couple of days. The paint is original alpine white, he body is straight, o rust at all. There are a few rock chips in the hood, nd under the grill that you will see from the pictures, lso a small chip in the paint at the left front fender well, one of which have ever been touched up. The car has the original paint pin-striping that was popular back in the early 80's. The chrome windshield mouldings are a little spotty now, hey are easily replaceable, ut I wanted to show in the picture how the original mouldings look before I replace them. The interior is extremely nice, he cloth seats have a small imperfection in the drivers seat back area, ut only noticeable upon really close inspection. The dash has absolutely no cracks in it, hich is rare with these cars. I replaced the shifter but it didn't come with the emblem on top,Unfortunately, idn't realize that until after I threw away the old shifter away so I'm currently looking for the BMW shifter emblem. Also, typical problem with these cars is that, ver time, he hazard button wont stay down. I've removed the button, ut will also be replacing that with a new one. The AC does not work, he AC belt was removed before I bought it, nd I never replaced it. I was told it was because the compressor was loud. I bought the car with 61,742 in January of 2013 and have put close to 1500 miles on it since then. In April 2013 I had the oil changed and filter replaced, ad the limited slip differential gear oil replaced and the transmission oil replaced. The car drives exactly as it should, ets looks everywhere. E21's are extremely difficult to find, nd one this nice is almost impossible.
