You are bidding on a 1970 Buick Gran Sport GS Stage 1. the legendary Buick 455 Cubic Inch Stage 1 V8 Motor. Factory ratings on the GS Stage 1 Package stated Horsepower at 360 HP and 510 lb. ft. at 2800 RPM. Gears are supplied by 4 Speed Muncie Manual Transmission. Exterior Body is Red with White Vinyl Hardtop. Interior is Leather.

Stock GS Interior with White Leather Upholstery. Dash is Stock and Uncut with Stock Gauge Panel and Gauges. Gauges Include, peedometer, Tachometer, ater Temperature, il Pressure and Fuel. Steering Column is Stock with Stock Steering Wheel. 4 Speed Floor Shifter in Center Console. A Pioneer Stereo has been added. Black Carpets with Floor Mats. All Lights, ignals and Wipers are in working order. Window Glass is all Good (Chip in Windshield) with good rubber gasket and seals.

Exterior:

All Steel Body is Solid and painted Red with White Top. All Emblems, Badges and Trim is in very good condition. Front Bumper, ear Bumper and Grill are stock and in very good condition. All Floor and Trunk Pans are Solid. Undercarriage is Solid with normal surface rust Not detailed. Engine Compartment is in very good condition.

The relatively unknown and very rare 1970 GS 455 Stage 1 drew a great amount of attention and controversy in the muscle-car world when in the 1980s it was listed as faster than any of the Chrysler Hemi cars in the original "50 fastest muscle cars" list.

This Buick GS Stage 1 runs and drives excellent.
