I am listing this1939 Cadillac Fleetwood 4 Door LWB Sedanfor my friend whose husband recently passed away. He was a close friend of mine and often spoke with me about his dream to get this car back on the road. Sadly, hat never happened, ut as the years went by, e never gave up on the dreamcollecting as many new and rebuilt parts as he could which are now waiting for the next caretaker of this fabulous project to finish the job. Only 2069 Series 75 Cadillacs were produced and this is one of the survivors.
The car was running 25 years ago, ut had some over-heating issues. The overall condition of the Fleetwood Built body is very good. The Running boards are not in the best of condition, nd there's a spare set that are also not the best, ut with some work they are restorable. The engine was eventually pulled out and disassembled by a mechanic friend who soon after became ill and was unable to complete the overhaul. The owner and his wife then moved from Florida to Kentucky and the car went with them. While in the hands of the current owner it has always been stored inside. All of the parts thathave been removed have been keptand the car is complete except for the carburetor which we, t the time of this writing, ave not been able to find. There are too many spare parts to list, ut the pictures speak for themselves. For more pictures please click here:

Chrome throughout the car will need a re-do if the new owner desires to show it. But, t will clean up to a presentable stage and, ith some maintenance, ill suffice as a "driver or a wedding car" or local cars and coffee type of use. The steering wheel is cracked badly... see the pictures. The transmission is good as is the rest of the driveline. Brakes will need overhauling, ut all the parts are there. The actual mileage is UNKNOWN.
The winning bidder will be required to pay a $1000,00 deposit via PayPal and will be expected to arrange collection within 2 weeks of the end of this auction.
Please study the pictures and ask questions if need be. Thanks for looking. Good luck bidding and Happy Thanksgiving!
