Description
Originally a burgundy colored 1960 Cadillac coupe series 62 with a black and white interior. A beautiful color combination. This car is a restoration candidate, nstant rat rod big fin 50s generation caddy. The car runs good, ransmission works as it should, nd radiator holds coolant, ater pump and carburetor are functioning. The engine seems healthy in all ways and solid not needing much more than a repaint. Transmission leaks, aybe engine leaks too not sure, oolant doesn't leak. Interior is solid and firm but is needing to be redone or covered with some simple seat covers. Interior chrome is bright with some pitting. Glass is decent all way around. Brakes aren't working, ut emergency brake is OK. The title is clear and in my name. The floors have rot in them but I have four new floors pans from a restoration supplier included with this car. Shouldn't be a big deal to slap the replacements in. The quarters are nice, oors good, nner rockets are in need of some work but rockets are mostly solid, ar is straight down the quarters. Not scary at all from a metal working stand point. The chrome is OK solid and straight but faded with some pitting. The car is close to operational and I would venture to say that a week of serious work welding floors, ixing the exhaust and checking the brakes would have the car driving safely down the road. I was going in the rat rod direction with it but have decided to sell it as I haven't gotten to it and have six years worth of other projects ahead of it. It needs a good home. The car has fender skirts, ear trunk trim and misc. stainless moldings even a jack. Included with the car will be every little thing that the car needs to make it complete. The only thing I don't have is the body side trim, nd I was planning to use some modern chrome strip for that. The hub caps will be 1959 Cadillac caps which are way cooler in my book. Once again you could be driving this car in short order and gradually improve it. I love the car and hate to see it go but I sort of have too much stuff right now. Email txt or call with questions: 92O-2O5-OO13. Gregoric. I will cooperate with world wide buyers. Would trade for a cool old motorcycle from the 70s or older.
