1954 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible for sale In the early 50's Cadillac had just recently surpassed Packard as being the premiere luxury car builder in North America, roducing some incredible cars and what would become famous styling features. For 1954 Cadillac unveiled 2nd year flagship model Eldorado with incredible features and styling, rom wrap around windshields to the early days of the finned 50's, full complement of power features such as power seats, indows, onvertible tops and signal seeking radios and 331 cu in engines. The popularity of this model only grew as years went on. This is one of only 2,150 produced for this model year. All the brilliant styling characteristics of the 50's can be found starting with the re chromed front and rear bumpers with the exhaust exiting through the dual rear outlets.Fender skirts, utronic-Eye, ower windows, ower seats, ower steering, ower brakes with chrome wire wheels and wide white wall tires. Mechanically this car features the 331 cu in, 8 engine andHydra Matictransmission, ll matching. When new these cars were a true sign of class and social significance, o this day they have an incredible presence which is impossible to ignore. The car has been finished in Apollo Gold with a Beautiful deep clear finish. The frame was sand blasted and powdered coated satin black, long with all A-arms, prings front and rear. Complete new exhaust system was installed with mufflers and resonators. New brake shoes, heel cylinders, aster cylinder and spring kits where installed and were bled and adjusted for perfect stopping.. Original radiator was completely rebuilt and added extra rows for maximum cooling.. You want to be cool and so does your car.. All 5 original wire wheel were taken apart and re chromed and reassemble and trued for smooth ride. Installed brand new Coker wide whitewall tires..Car comes with the original 3 piece Parade hard boot, luminum floor mats also the original clock was completely rebuilt. The under side of hood was painted gloss black, olor sanded and rubbed out and then a vinyl engine hood insulation was installed as it was in 1954.. All gold was re plated as where the chrome, ven the convertible top bows and arms were taken apart chrome and re riveted.
