I'm selling my 1940 Cadillac sedan. The car has a clean clear Texas title in my name. The caddy has wear and tear as you'd expect with age. There are a few dents and dings here and there and some surface rust etc, the biggest dent is the skid guard right under the grill which is pretty bent up. None of the rust appears to be serious, the worst of it is in the front floor pans and they are not rusted out, justbrittle, you can get in and out easily without worrying about damaging them. The back glass in the car is undamaged but the rest of the glass was broken out so will need to be replaced however it's all flat glass so not incredibly expensive. As far asI can tell this car really never spent very much time parked outside as it's not a basket case like most cars from this period. I've kept it covered since I've gotten it as well, so there is no damage from the weather. I'm not sure what condition the engine/transmission are in as they've been out of the car since I've had it. I'm not sure if the millage is correct or if it's turned over at some point. If you'd like more pictures of the car or anymore information feel free to message me.
