Description

I am the selling agent for this great old Caddy. I do not own it but have become familiar with it over the past few weeks. It is what we car guys refer to as "a real car". I am selling it for the 2nd owner who's owned it for the past 10 years or so. There is about 95 percent original paint which shines nicely with some areas of aged patina. At one time there was minor body work to the right fender and paint has a slightly different texture. At the bottom of that fender I noted the only rust I found anywhere on this car. The under carriage and frame are rust-free. The dash and interior are excellent with very minimal color fade. The only tear is on the driver's cushion right in two seams which could be repaired by an upholster without replacing the entire original. All lights horn wipers gauges work has they should with the exception of the power antenna and the clock being somewhat intermittent. The current owner had installed 5 new Coker Wide White Radials new brakes and shocks about 3000 miles ago. The engine runs quiet and strong and is a pleasure of a bygone era to drive. Car has some unique Cadillac features such as Hi-Beam Sentinel the factory clothes bar and Wonder Bar Radio. The original owner's manual and accessory book with the plastic envelope are present. There is a current written appraisal for $22000. Due to the current owner's lack of time and number of other fine cars this one is being offered at a reserve that is a fraction of the value.
