1957 Chevy pro touring car. Sorry about the lenthy write up please read it because this car deserves it. This is as nice a 57 Chevy that you will see it is loaded with details that take it over the top. The car is a west coast car and is rust free. The car has so many quality things done to it. I will try to list them but I’m sure I will forget something so here goes. Starting with a fantastic paint job in Tropical Turquoise along with a very straight body. The car has been mini tubbed but it’s done so well you can’t even tell it just take a look inside the trunk I have listed in the pictures. You still have a full back seat and the trunk is beautiful. This allows that super wide rear tire to fit perfectly. All the stainless trim and bumpers are show quality. Take a look at the details in the body work for example the front bumper was shaved and molded to fit close to the car see how it wraps around see pictures and the rear bumper is from a 57 station wagon and is also custom see how the license plate fits see picts The rockets on the hood have been taken off and smoothed and notice the full side windows the vent windows were taken out and it’s all one piece again see pictures. The motor is a fuel injected LS 1 with very low miles. It sits in a very clean engine compartment with a smoothed fire wall, chrome master and brake booster, hrome intake by Advanced plating in Tenn, lack Billet injector covers and the billet hood hinges are a nice touch. Take a look at how the air conditioning lines are run through and under the inner fenders.The polished radiator and condenser not only let the car run cool but look great as well. This is one of the nicest neatest engine compartments around.The transmission is the very popular 4L60E over drive tranny and lets this car run the highway at 70 MPH at around 1800 RPM This car is a great driver and the fuel mileage is approx. 23mpg. The car rides fantastic because it has a Ron Meyers front end with tubular A-arms adjustable coil overs and a power Rac for great handling. The rear end is a ford 9’’ and has a TCI rear with adjustable coil overs. The car sounds great with the dual staimless exhaust and the stainless polished mufflers that runs to the rear and looks outstanding sitting in towards the center of the rear bumper with chrome tips. The Willwood 4 corner power disc brakes with the drilled and slotted rotors stops the car on a dime and look good sitting behind the 18’’ polished American racing wheels. The interior is beautiful with all leather 6 way power seats that are equipped with adjustable Lombard on both driver and pass seats. The rear seats were custom made to fit perfectly and have head rests that go up and down. The built in seat belts front and rear are really nice and are very comfortable. The head liner is all leather and is nice and tight. The car is equipped with air conditioning that blows hard and cold through the billet in dash vents. The dash is very nice with the polished insert the graphite Auto Meter gauges with the chrome Ididit steering column and tilt wheel. The custom middle console looks great it fits very well and has the air cond controls, tereo AM/FM/CD player has a remote and has a great sound system with molded in rear shelf speakers door speakers and a amp in the trunk. see in pictures.There is also a Ipod and phone charger in the center concole. Also the power window controls are mounted neatly in the center console as shown in the pictures The trunk is finished off nicely and has chrome hinges and houses the battery and the amp for the raido. The underside is finished off with a light layer of the incredible Lizard skin to prevent scratches and is a very good sound deadener. This car is a blast to drive and can be driven cross country it’s very reliable and dependable It’s better than a new car.
