Thank you for viewing my auction. After being disappointed by the other Chevelle Malibu's out there (both condition wise and price wise) and looking at this one, lease feel free to message me. Most with more miles and/or salvaged/rebuilt from rust buckets...are in the $35K+ range, ot nearly as nice as this one, nd with out the upgrades to make this car where you can actually drive it regularly and enjoy it. With the 700R4 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission, t 70 MPH, ngine is spinning at only 2000 RPM. Engine has plenty of power at all RPM's and sounds fantastic. Very well sorted, ell balanced vehicle. It runs, rives, erforms, rakes, nd handles like a new car! It starts up first time, very time and gets 25 MPG on the freeway at 71-73 MPH. Very rare to find in such immaculate, araged kept condition with so many options and upgrades. Only hand washed and waxed since completed. Absolutely everything works as it should. No expense was spared in the impeccable restoration. No odd noises, mells, ibrations, r issues. No dents, ings, cratches, cuffs, tc. in the gorgeous black paint. Chrome and stainless steel very nice. Stunning color combination. All body panels are believed to be original and no accidents or panel replacements that I can tell anywhere and 79K miles believed to be original. Body is laser straight and only the best materials used. You can literally shave in the gorgeous black paint. Hand rubbed to perfection with no swirls and looks like a mirror with no orange peel! Look at all the reflections in the beautiful paint in the pictures below. Pride of ownership and many thousands of dollars spent shows in every aspect of this immaculate car. It drives like a dream. You could not build your own for what I am asking for this car. This cream puff is only being sold as I accepted this as a partial trade for another collector car and and have too many vehicles. My 200+ pictures explain this car well, ncluding detailed underside shots. If there are no underside shots of another Chevelle you are looking at, sk for underside photos, s many have been rusted badly and/or pieced together from multiple cars. Everything works properly on this car....all dash lights, orn, ack up lights, nterior light when you open the doors, onsole lights, ignals, ipers, tc. With the late model improved Air Conditioning, ower Disc Brakes, ower Steering, xtra sound deadening, nd 300 watt stereo with 4 speakers this car is a PLEASURE to drive. It is easy to park, aneuver, rive on the freeway, tc. It does not leak or seep a drop of any fluids and does not run hot with the A/C on in the summer. This car is spectacular and I would not hesitate to drive it cross country at any time!!
This immaculate car honestly looks, rives and smells like new and built to a much higher standard than these cars were when new. Seats obviously been redone and foam is firm and comfortable on long trips. . Smooth power, ransmission shifts perfectly, o overheating even in 110+ degree heat. Car needs nothing. Paint is like glass and very nice. All glass has no chips or pits and clear. You will not find a nicer, mmaculate, o worry, ollectible, nvestment quality muscle car for this price!! A car built to this standard would bring $50K+ at one of the high end auctions such as Barrett Jackson or Mecum + 10% buyer fee! I can not stress enough how well balanced and well sorted this car is. Nothing is overlooked both looks wise and functionality wise. I would not change a thing on it, onestly :)

Great Christmas gift for yourself, r to surprise a loved one.
Highlights of the Professionally Installed Upgrades:
Fully built 383 stroker small block crate motor using the best components for smooth power, eliability, nd longevity. It has a nice lope at idle and plenty of power with no odd noises, nocks, eaks, eeps, r issues. I'd estimate the HP to be around 420 HP and 400 ft lb or torque. Has a chrome 1 wire alternator, omplete Zoops billitt aluminum serpentine belt set up, hrome Sanden rotary air conditioning compressor, ll new A/C seals and hoses, luminum water pump, luminum TIG welded radiator, delbrock polished intake manifold and carburetor with electric choke, delbrock chrome valve covers and air cleaner, SD electronic ignition with Taylor spark plug wires, oated Hooker mid length headers with 2.5" collectors, luminized pipe, nd 2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers (sounds fantastic, ut does not drone on the freeway). I do not know what outfit built the motor, ut they really did a great job and runs like new. It does not ping on 91 octane pump gas and starts the first try, very time. Combination is incredible and runs and drives perfect with incredible street manners. I would not change anything on it. No flat spots, esitations, ucks, r issues.
Transmission is a strong 700R4 4 speed automatic overdrive from a late model Chevy Caprice police car. It has a shift kit in it. Shifts are firm when you get on it (neck snapping), ut smooth when tooling around town. It has a 3" band for more durability vs the stock 2.5" band. Extra check ball added to protect transmission if TV cable ever gets disconnected. Corvette servo also installed for crisper shifts. Fluid is clean and it does not leak or seep. I'd guess it has around an 1800 stall torque converter in it. At 70 MPH, ngine is spinning 2000 RPM which is great for gas mileage. I have gotten over 25 MPG on the freeway with this car! When you punch it, t downshifts with ease. Drive shaft I had high speed balanced and u-joints inspected and it has no vibrations even up to 130 MPH. Car will go much faster, ut that is as fast as I chose to go! Rear end has obviously been rebuilt as it is tight with no groans or whines and it also does not leak or seep. I believe the rear gears are 3.36's based off the RPM's at 70 MPH and the 275/60R15 rear tires. Speedometer has been calibrated and is dead on at 70 MPH, verified it with my GPS. All gauges are accurate and light up properly too. None of the needles bounce.
Wheels are brand new Scott Drake "Legend" Magnum 500 aluminum machine finish 15X7" wheels with black powdercoated inserts. Considerably lighter than the Rally wheels that came off this car. Brand new BF Goodrich tires front ( 225/60R15) and back (275/60 R15), ew lug nuts, alve stems, S center caps, nd high speed balanced on a Hunter balancer. No wheel weights installed on outside of rim. These are top quality wheels and really set off the car. Much nicer than the original style heavy steel Magnums or Rally's, nd with the wider tire in the back it gives a great stance and the perfect muscle car look! Raised white letters on the tires look great with the new white SS 3M stripes I just installed.
Exterior: Nothing short of exceptional. Black paint does not hide a thing as I am sure you already know! There are no ripples, aves, ings, cuffs, cratches, imples, hips, tc that I could find anywhere on the beautiful paint job on this car. Body lines are incredible. Gaps are better than they were new. You will not find a nicer job done on any other of these cars in this price range or even much higher! It has been color sanded to perfection and looks wet when dry. Car has an all steel SS hood and SS 396 badges through out exterior and interior. Hard to distinguish from an original SS396, ut with a better performing, etter to drive drive train! All chrome and stainless steel on the car is very nice. I did notice a small dent on the passenger's side rear bumper that you probably wouldn't notice unless I pointed it out, ut I took pictures of it. Hard to see unless on your knees. All glass looks great with no chips or pits and is very clear with no fogginess. All weatherstrips, eals, uzzies, ubber bumpers, tc have obviously been replaced. No water gets inside the car when it is washed. /li>
ALL new fluids though out: engine, ransmission, ear end, ower steering, rake fluid, ear differential, nd coolant/distilled water. All fluids looked like new that I removed where I even feel they were being wasted, ut I wanted to make sure they were all fresh for the next owner. I am the pickiest person I know with fluids and details in every car I own. There is an overflow tank for the radiator on the driver's side of the engine box (so no puking coolant on hot days) and a billitt aluminum tank for the power steering pump. As I stated before, here are no fluid leaks or seeps anywhere on this car!
Interior: Obviously redone nicely. Very sanitary and well done. New Comfort Grip steering wheel with brushed spokes. Extra sound deadening was put in doors and under carpet to make the car much quieter inside as well as to keep the heat/cold out. No rattles or squeaks. When you close the doors it is a thud, ot a ting! Seats are very comfortable on long trips and seat backs lock like they are supposed to. 3 adults can fit in the back seat comfortably and is like a living room couch! Seat belts all new and upgraded in the front to 3 point retractable shoulder and lap belts for safety. Brand new Lloyds SS floor mats, S 396 badges on door panels and dash. Brand new tachometer in the dash. As said before all gauges work and are accurate. Has 60lbs of oil pressure at idle and idles at 850 RPM with a nice rumpity rump. Amp gauge is right where it should be at 14 amps at idle, nd coolant gauge is dead on. Car runs all day long at 180 degrees. Fuel gauge also accurate. All switches work like they should including lighter to plug in your phone charger! There are no electrical draws at all. You can let this car sit for 2 weeks and it fires right up! Trunk is very clean and has an fresh GM mat and spare tire cover, s well as spare tire hold down. Splatter paint looks nice and floor is solid. I purchased a wheel and tire that I verified fit the front and rear brakes for emergencies. All windows roll up and down smoothly, ent windows roll out properly, nd all locks work like they should. I really can't think of anything that doesn't function properly on this car. I am serious, ou can literally drive this car daily if you chose to!
Suspension and Brakes: All refreshed bushings, hafts, hocks, nd brakes all fresh. Front disc and huge rear drums. Car stops on a dime with little effort. Brake booster and parking brake both work like they should. Steering wheel is straight when going down the road. Just had alignment done and there are no problems. There is no wandering, himmy's, r issues. Car does not track all over the road like most...it is smooth at all speeds and does not veer off to one side. Even on mountain roads this car handles great. A great deal of time and money was spent on this car to make it right and a pleasure to drive. This is not one of those cars you can only drive for short distances before you are frustrated and tired of it. This car will deliver miles and miles of enjoyment and smiles. It was not built to be a race car, ather than one you can hop in and drive when ever you choose, ruise and to take to Sunday car shows. It is a car where your wife could drive it and enjoy it with you with out complaining about anything!/li>

Sound System: Custom Autosound head unit looks stock, ut has all sorts of features of a new unit. It will handle Bluetooth with an adapter, as an aux cord you can plug into your phone to stream music, r you can hook up a disc changer too. The rear deck has 2 6X9" JL Audio speakers and Custom Autosound kick panels with 6.5" speakers and tweeters. There are 16 pre-sets for your favorite stations. I believe you can even hook up Satellite radio with this unit too. It is 300 watts and sounds crisp and fantastic! I have the original kick panels that I will give you with the car also.

Car needs nothing at all to enjoy NOW and will continue to climb in value as the 1968 Chevelle Malibu is very sought after and there are few examples remaining not abused or poorly redone, et alone in this color combination with all the upgrades. In my 20+ years in the Mustang business, have rarely seen, wned, r driven a nicer, ell maintained, etter built, mmaculate vehicle! I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, helby's, ig Block's, oss's, antera's, aleen's, oush's, obra's. Lightning's etc, ostly collector models, nd rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that is almost 50 years old and still looks and drives like a new car. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Nothing leaks, rips, r seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver. It is very safe and solid feeling. You feel safe in this car because you really are! Metal is 3X the thickness of most new cars. This car gets 25+ MPG on the freeway with ease. It starts the first time, VERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. No misses or hesitations. Not driven by kids, nly mature adults. You simply will NOT find another like this. This is a one in a million Muscle Car hands down.
