This 1993 Corvette 40th Anniversary is a nice one. The car has been stored inside and when not driven in a car capsule "bubble" according to the previous owner. The car is in amazing condition as I have seen many of these cars with 67,800 miles that have been abused and need restored. Not this one. This car looks like a 25,000 mile car and better than most. The car is not perfect but very nice and presentable. The paint still shines nicely and shows well. The car does have some minor stone nicks and a few chips that have been touched up on the front nose and a few on the hood. Other than that it is as good and better than the ones advertised. The glass does not have any cracks or nicks that I am aware of. The softop on the car is just like new. It really does not show any wear or age nor any wrinkles. The plastic back window is clear and not discolored as many you will see. The weatherstrips on the car are still soft and have little to no cracking on them. The softop fits just like factory should and seals up nice with no wind noise. The inner headliner is as new like the top. The interior on the car has little to no wear even on the seats. The leather seats show no cracks or tears along with the door panels and dash assembly. The original leather steering wheel is as new. Just simply amazing for the age. The carpet usually has stains or wear from your heels but not showing on this one. The interior on this car would look as if it has all been replaced but it is all original condition. Non-smoker vehicle as well. No odors or smells also inside the car. I personally have driven the car about 250 miles and drives out smoothly. Plenty of performance with the LT1 engine as well. Average 26 mpg driving 75 mph. These cars can accomplish 30 mpg on highway depending on driving conditions. The engine compartment on this corvette is nice to. You do not see the typical corrosion on the alternator and plenum of engine as you will see in many. You can see the car was not driven in bad weather much if any. Suspension looks nice as well along with the original exhaust system. No modifications have been done to this corvette. The 17 inch stock aluminum wheels still have the factory clear coat finish and still show well. Most of these cars the wheels need to be polished as the clear coat has come off. I am stunned how these wheels still look. The tires were recently replaced with new Extreme Contact Continentals in the correct sizes. The tires are much better than the original ones and ride out smoothly and are balanced out good.

Overall a very nice presentable example of a 1993 40th Corvette. Great entry level car that can be driven regularly if desired. The original MSRP of this corvettewas $46,624!! The car had $4,879 in options alone.

The 1993 model year marked the 40th Anniversary of the Corvette. Chevrolet released a special appearance package to mark the occasion. Available as optional equipment on all models. coupe and convertible including the ZR1. The 40th Anniversary package includes an exclusive "ruby red" metallic exterior paint and matching "ruby red" leather interior with sport seats. Also included was color keyed wheel center caps, eadrest embroidery and bright emblems on the hood, eck, nd side-gills. This package was an additional $1,455.00. Only 2,171 "40th" convertibles were built out of a total of 7,749 total built. The 40th convertible models had a unique and special canvas convertible softop to match the ruby red paint. The colors on this corvette give it the rich and classy look like no other corvette.

This Corvette originally sold new in Belleville, llinois at Schmitt Chevrolet Inc. on November 23rd, 992 and has been mostly in Illinois and the St. Louis area of Missouri. The corvette was only driven approx. only 2,900 miles per year.

Transporting of vehicle ona trailer can be arranged to your door step but not included in the price of the car.

Upon winning bidder no deposit is necessary, owever the vehicle needs to be paid in full within (5) business days.

Payment must either be by cash in hands, ank wire transfer, rby a certified cashier's check.
