Engine is hard to start and when it does start blue smoke is emitted thru tailpipe. Condition of the Transmission is unknown. Engine will need to be rebuilt and or replaced. Rides on custom 20” chrome wheels with about 60% of thread life remaining on the tires. Clean Interior as can be seen on photos. Windows, lip up headlights, indshield wiper and turn signals don’t operate.
