Rarely do you find cars that truly stood the test of time. I'm talking cars that really were babied their entire life. Well here ya go. original sheetmetal. original interior(except carpet). original 283/glide drivetrain with factory power steering and power brakes. and all of it barely broken in. The paint is super shiny for being a 15 year old repaint. sure there's a few chips here and there that have been brush touched but that doesn't detract from this real life "cream puff" survivor. I purchased this from the original owners nephew who has owned it for 23 years. The interior is as nice an original that I have ever seen All the mechanicals have been maintained and recently the rear wheel cylinders and shocks were replaced. The car rides and drives so nice its hard to believe its nearly 55 years old. There appears to have never been any rust. the under carriage is clean and without rust. The glass and trim is all super nice. We recently installed an adjustable air suspension. it fully bolts on and would be easy to reverse back to stock but after driving it once you would see there is no reason to ever do that. The wheels are new American racing 18" and 20" 5 spokes and the tires are new as well. The only issues are an arm rest on drivers door panel that needs recovered and the odometer quit working at 46k. People regularly call or email and tell me they are serious buyers. however they are not. serious buyers bid and are ready to make an offer. Everyone is a serious buyer when the bidding is at 1/3 market pricing. This is an investment quality car but is also a great value for the enthusiast to enjoy for years to come.
