Description

This 1953 Bel Air was built and spent it's life in California.. This nearly original daily driver quality Bel Air is in very good condition throughout. Numbers matching. It handles very well highway and city. The original 235 engine has been meticulously rebuilt about 3000 miles ago. It runs great coupled to it's original two speed powerglide transmission. Rebuilt front end, new front and rear springs and shocks, new exhaust, new brake shoes, hoses and cylinders. Converted to 12 volts with alternator. The body is solid, good floor panels. Chrome is good. Push button original radio has been refurbished and works great as does the original air flow heater, wipers and yes, even the clock. This car needs no attention to drive and enjoy as I have. Note the last two pictures show a crease near tail light and a tear in front seat.
