Description

1967 Chevrolet Nova (Chevy II) – 350 eng / th350 trans

Selling Nova outright, not looking for trades.

NOTE: This car is not a show car. I drive it. So there are imperfections.

Title is clear and in hand. VIN tag: 115377W148403

VIN tag (located in driver door jamb), which was actually loose, I do have it. The body tag (located in engine compartment) is still there and intact.

Car is drivable and is legal (inspected) in Pennsylvania (PA). Inspection good till 09/2016. Can get it re-inspected in PA if buyer wants.

The following is what I was told from person I bought it from (bought from Texas):

350 engine, turbo 350 transmission, vortec heads, edelbrock intake, Holley 750 carb, 10 bolt open end 3.23 gears, headers, magnaflow exhaust, 17" torq thrust wheels

Since owning the Nova, I have installed: power windows, new carpet, B&M Megashifter on floor, Procar bucket seats with brackets, brand new door panels, rear seat cover and other misc interior hardware (door handles / locks / armrests) things. I have also been in the process of installing a new stereo system: headunit, all new wiring, MB Quart front and rear speakers along with MB Quart amp in trunk.

I did not like the white/blue interior, so was in the process of changing everything over to black. If I get the asking price I will include all of the extra (brand new) parts that I have. These include: brand new headliner, new sail panels, new sun visors, Ididit tilt steering column, billet steering wheel, 6 Autometer gauges with new surroundings, American AutoWire whole car wiring kit, 4 brand new tires, and new set of front kickpanels (current ones have the new speakers in them).

When I find time, I try to work on the car, so it is not all complete yet. Still needs a few interior things done to it (headliner, dash, gauges, etc.)

Here are some questions/concerns I have answered for others interested:

Most of the pics are current. I bought the car with blue/white interior and decided to switch it to black, so the blue/white interior pics are old. The existing wiring is in it, but could use all new wiring if you choose, I have a brand new American Autowire kit already for it. The aftermarket A/C was removed (I have it in a box), I was in process of installing an OEM heater box (that I painted black and put all new gaskets on). Not installed, but all that it needs is the 3 screws (which I have), and the 2 heaters hoses hooked up (which I also have brand new).

I would love to keep it but just do not have any more time to work on it. Was going to put a 383 or 406 engine in it, and also a 700r4 or 200r4 automatic transmission.

Yes, I have a brand new black headliner, with the covered sail panels for the rear, and also brand new black sun visors with all hardware. No pics of undercarriage. As for installing parts, have been really busy. Gauge Cluster is not installed, A/C was removed, but I do have it in a box. The Procar Seats are installed in the front. I did install the B&M Megashifter surround over weekend, need to hookup top part of it. Also started installing the radio unit surround.

Only other things I can tell you are:

When trying to start car first time, it takes a while, I think it is not holding the fuel up in line or carb. But once it starts, re-starting it is no problem at all. Just seems after sitting for half a day or so, or overnight. It could also be the starter but really not sure.

Also I see a few drops of trans/oil under car, think it may be the seal for trans/engine. Not bad from what I can see (a drop here and there on the cardboard under the car). Could also be the hookup where the speedometer cable is in the transmission.
