Description

This is a fantastic car! It's a sold, clean, honest 1969 Chevelle. It's put together in an old school fashion. It's got fat rear tires (basically brand new) with ladder bars. It's got a 350 small block and a 350 tranny with a shift kit and a heavy duty rear end 12 bolt 3.55 rear end. It will bark the tires going into 2nd even with all the rubber underneath. It's got the bump shift transmission for street racing if you so choose, or put it in drive and cruise along.
It was painted in 1982, and has been stored inside ever since. There is no rust on this one at all. It's the body you hope to find. The paint is a good 10 footer. It's not a show car quality, but there are no major imperfections. I get lots of thumbs up and waves when I drive it.
You can see the color difference in the sunlight and the shade. It really pops in the sun.

I put a disc brake conversion kit on the front, and had it all service and tuned so I could drive it while a had a monster big block built. I bought it with the intention of making it a pro-touring car. I even had a 427 L88 built with 550 HP and fuel injection to go into the car. I found a Cobra that I'm purchasing, so this one needs to go.
I had the front end gone through with new tie rod ends, and bushings, etc. It drives very well (for a 1969!). Motor is good and solid, but its a small block. It's got some great mufflers on it, and has a nice rumble.

It is an original AC car. No AC compressor on it currently, but the dash switch gear is all there.
Interior is in good shape. It's got the bucket seats and console. The headliner has a tear along the rear seam (the wind caught it when the previous owner was cruising). The seats are decent, but in my mind I'd reskin them.
This is just a great all around classic muscle car. You know what they're worth. There is no body work to be done, and if you want to just drive it, you can. If you want to make it a show car, you have a great head start.
$1,000 deposit due within 48 hours. Final payment is due within 7 days. Have your money in place. I don't want to hear how your bank is taking a long time, or your wife changed her mind, etc. (It sounds harsh, but I've heard them all on previous sales). If you don't have the money, don't bid.
Car doesn't leave until the funds clear. I prefer wire transfer or cash.
I'll work with your shipper, but you are responsible to set up shipping. Car needs to be gone within 3 weeks of payment.
Ask questions.

If you wan the 427 big block, I'd sell it for $10,000 with all the chrome pulleys, ac, ps, and fuel injection installed on it. Since I haven't taken delivery of the motor yet, it can be shipped directly to you. But, to be clear, the small block 350 goes with the car (it's been in it for 25+ years) and the new big block is not included
