Before I get into all the details and money that has been invested into this truck I will go over some of the highlights. Your looking at a brand new 4x4 truck. Every single part on this truck has been rebuilt or is brand new. Fully documented receipts for everything.
Here is a list of whats been done:
FullRestoration- whole under pan has been shot with Line-x from cab to bed including wheel wells. Frame blasted and painted in VHT satin roll bar paint.
Crate GM TBI 5.7L engine with TBI Holley fuel injection Kit makes about 300 horsepower
Vintage Air Conditioning kit, will freeze you out of the cab.Aluminium four rowradiator.
Rebuilt NP 205 Transfer Case - rebuilt by the best in Southern California.
Rebuilt front and rear axles - Axles are out of later model Chevy 4x4 truck (Custom).
Custom Heavy duty drive shaft professionally done.
Newprofessionallyinstalled wiring harness by M & H Electrical Fab.
New power disc brake system - New brake booster, New heavy duty front disc brakes all by Classic CPP Performance.
Magnaflow 3" exhaust done professionally out behind rear tires with stainless tips.
Brand New 4L80E Automatic Transmission.
ProComp suspension leaf springs and shocks - Truck is lifted just a couple inches to give it the perfect stance. All new suspension. Warn front locking hubs
New satin black wheels with All Terrain Tires 285/75R16. About 3/4 tread maybe 1/2
Every piece of rubber, weatherstrip and seals are brand new. Including body mounts, vent seals, door seals, windowwhiskers, glass seals, window seals front and back. New glass front and back. Rear window is a sliding window works perfect and locks correctly.
Paint and body done professionally - with four coats of PPG Gun Metal Gray Metallic - including the inside of the cab, engine bay, you wont see another color paint anywhere. The panel fit on this truck is really nice, everything lines upbeautifully.
Paint has been color sanded, cut, and buffed out and looks like glass.
Every piece of chrome is new.
Bed-liner shot in rubberurethane.
New weather proof locking diamond plate tool box
Tilt steering wheel, new gauges, new dash pad - Glove box door painted same color as truck
New interior door panels and carpet
Split bench seat with center console arm rest - Kenwood stereo with remote. Chevy custom steering wheel.
This is a brand new Chevy 4x4 pickup, everything works. I can't stress to you enough how new everything on this truck is.
Drives wonderful, stops straight, drives straight, shifts smooth and runs perfect. Truck is ready to go anywhere you can drive it across country. Feels like driving a late model Chevy 4x4.
The truck was owned by a retiredgentlemanwho wanted to build a truck his way. The truck he alwayswanted when he retired. Life happens, and he was forced to part with it. The truck sat inside aenclosedgarage for the past year. And has about 300 miles on it since the full restoration. The speedo only says 3 milesbecause they never got around to ordering the mechanical speedo kit for the 4L80E computerized transmission. I have ordered the part and it will be installed before the truck leaves here.
I have nothing negative to tell you about this truck besides the speedosituation. I have sold quite a few vehicles here on ebay, you can go back through my feedback and check. I would tell you if there was anything wrong with this truckbecauseI believe its just better to be upfront andhonest about it. I can tell you this truck drives fantastic and rolls down the freeway like your driving a 2015Chevy4x4. If I could comment anything negative it would be that I think there could be more power pulled out of the fuel injection system if it was tuned just right. There is plenty of power just as it sits.
All the doors shut nice - all the windows roll up and down smooth. Inside the cab is nice and quite until you really get on it, then that exhaust comes alive.
