UP for sale is a 1957 Chevrolet truck. This truck is a frame off restoration and was painted black about 1 year ago.I think the paint is a 9 out of 10 but,I took a lot of pictures of the truck so you can judge the quality of the paint yourself. The truck is solid with no rust issues. All the glass is in good shape and the windows go up and down with out any trouble. The grill is new as are the bumpers. The bed of the truck has new wood boards and the stainless trim is in nice shape. The side emblems and windshield wipers are new. The truck is sitting on new 20 inch Ridler wheels and new tires.
The interior of the truck has a new steering wheel and new chrome steeringcolum. The sun visorsbucket seatsdoor panels and ceiling panel were just put in last week. The carpet and carpet mats are also in good shape. The ash tray and glove box door are chrome plated,the Glovebox has a 5.3 vortec emblem on it that can be removed if its not your stile. Thetruck has anew vintage stile radio that has AUX so you can connect your own music. The truck has 5.25 pioneer speakers in the kick panels and 6x9 in boxeshidden in the back of the bucket seats.
The truck has a new wire harnessand the speedometer and gauges are currently working. This truck has a 5.3 Vortec engine that is hooked up to a rebuilt 700 transmission. The engine came out of a Chevrolet SUV that had about 40000 miles on it. The truck runs strong and starts every time as any fuel injected vehicle does. The truck has new 2 1/2 inch pipes and flowmasters that gives it that nice aggressive sound. The truck has a after market gas tank and internal fuel pump that was relocated to the rear of the truck. The truck has power brakes with disk brakes in thefront and drum brakes in the back. The radiator is aluminum andhas electric fans. The truck has a rebuilt69 Cadillac front clip and rear 4 link suspensions improving the way the truck handles.
If you are looking for a old truck that drives like a newer one, this is the one. You cant beat a fuel injected motor.. This truck is currently running really good, you can take it down the freeway with out any issues. With that said, I cant guaranty that it will run this good for ever, so please come test drive it, take it to a mechanic or do anything you need, to make you comfortable before you purchase the truck.
