Description

Are you looking for a classic old pickup that hasn't been altered or abused! Well here is your truck. This truck spent most of it's life in the state of Virginia. We have past state inspection receipt's that verify this is an 80,000 mile original truck.This truck still retain's the original spare tire!Both original spring ring battery cables!All four original spiral shock's!The jack assembly has never been unbolted from the original mounting brackets!Original gas tank cover in good shape..
  • The original 283 perform's like it should. No engine noise or smoke! In fact it appear's that the engine has never been removed.
  • The transmission shift's are nice and firm with no play..
  • This truck run's and drive's and stop's like a 65 pickup should.
  • Original seat belts.
  • All gauge's work except for the fuel gauge. A new sending unit comes with the truck.
This truck has had a little rust repair on the driver's side rocker panel. Nothing serious..The undercarriage has no rust or rot. Just light surface rust..One repaint since new. The paint has a few imperfection's like a light scratch or two here and there but nothing serious. The bed is original wood and is in very nice shape except for one small area toward the tailgate. The rest of the bed show's no damage or dent's and is in really nice shape for it's age.We just had the original exhaust replaced with a dual exhaust system.This is a very nice truck.
