Description

This is an original Choo Choo El Camino SS that I was going to update and make it more modern, but I am getting ready to retire, so it needs to go. It has a rebuilt chevy 350 engine, from a 1978 corvette .bored 030 over, with less than50 miles on it.started it up and broke it in, thats about it. it has new Pro Comp aluminum heads, summit camshaft, headers, Holly 600 cfm carb, MSD electronic ignition, dual exhaust and a TH 350 transmission.
I have the original 305 motor, and Th 200-4R transmission and they go with the car. I also have a T-5five speed transmission from a 1991 Z-28, bell housing andclutchpedals that I was going to put i, but didn't. They go with the car. Furthermore, I have the original side pipes that go with the car(I didn't care for the look). It has new paint base coat clear coat(Oct 15), and a windshield.
The car just needs to be finished. It runs, and drives okay, but need to be tuned. The interior has new carpet and has beenstarted but needs to be finished. I have a pair of 2005 GTO power leather bucket seats that go with it, just not installed. These cars have just started to take off in value... recent auctions at Barrett- Jackson and Mecum have seen original examples go for 20-25K. this one has the potential to be much nicer.
