Looking to kick 2017 off in a super sharp cruiser that you can parade down Main Street and park at local cruise nights? Looking for a cool piece of Americana that'll turn heads anywhere it goes? If you're in the market for some vintage metal that's stylish, powerful and has lots of history, who says you have to buy a stuffy, high maintenance trailer queen? Just pick up the phone, call your friends at RK Motors Charlotte and we'll hook you up with a great car like this awesome first-gen Camaro! Wrapping a stout small block in a clean restoration and vivid aesthetics, this fully sorted weekender draws big crowds and big compliments. Looking for a fun muscle car that's unrelentingly cool? Take a look at your next classic!

Completing an intricate transformation from solid Detroit steel to lean, mean Chevrolet dream machine, this stylish F1 displays bodywork that's nothing short of excellent! The car's ground-up restoration started with an original Camaro body that appears to have never seen major rust or significant damage. Once that shell was thoroughly prepped, each of its panels was carefully aligned to uniform consistency. When that well-tailored profile was close to perfect, correct Daytona Yellow base was accented with black Super Sport stripes and sealed in mirror-like clear. And the result is one clean, head-turning cruiser that sports distinctly American livery!

Zoom in on the details and this custom continues to impress. At the front of its body, a Satin Black grille hangs a familiar "SS" emblem above clean parking lamps, a small spoiler and a guarded bumper. Behind that grille, a requisite Camaro header fronts a tagged Cowl Induction Hood, which flows to a tinted greenhouse that's dressed in polished mirrors, polished wipers and straight stainless trim. At the sides of that glass, fresh wheel frames and new rocker spears trace optional door guards, optional quarter louvers, traditional door handles and ornate fender emblems. And at the back of the car, an "SS" branded valance hangs Rally Sport taillights between Rally Sport reverse lamps, a carbon fiber spoiler and a second guarded bumper.

Pop the hood and you'll find a reliable, 350 cubic inch Chevrolet small block that's been polished, rebuilt and fully sorted. Revs are created when a polished and decaled air cleaner floats wind in to an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake, by way of a coated Edelbrock carburetor. At the perimeter of that intake, polished valve covers hang polished breathers over big Hooker Super Competition headers. Behind those breathers, a reliable points distributor shoots spark through fresh Accel Super Stock Spiral Core plug wires. At the front of those wires, traditional V-belts spin a rebuilt alternator opposite a coated AC compressor. And at the front of those ancillaries, a beefy radiator plays well with a large pulley fan. Aesthetically, the Chevy Orange mill looks right at home in a clean engine bay that's been painted, insulated and fronted with a color-keyed core support cover. And details, like a fresh brake booster, chrome fender bars, a chrome thermostat housing and a chrome fuel filter, mix first-rate looks with first-rate functionality.

Take a gander under this slick F-Body and you'll find a fully detailed chassis that's been fully restored and thoughtfully upgraded. Solid floors wear a clean coat of traditional Satin Black paint, which, based on appearance, hasn't seen any inclement weather. At the center of those pans, a proven Muncie 4-speed twists torque to a tough 10-bolt axle that's finished with a posi-traction differential. Stopping is a cinch thanks to power front disc and rear drum brakes. Steering is greatly improved by modern power-assist. Exhaust is handled by a series of coated pipes, which cage coated FLO-PRO mufflers. Torque melts the pavement thanks to US Mags Ramblers, which spin 225/45R18 Nitto NT555 Extreme ZRs in front of 255/45ZR18 Nitto NT555 Extreme ZRs. And a pair of sturdy subframe connectors ensures everything hooks up well.

Behind the car's solid-closing doors you'll find a Standard Camaro interior that wraps a simple, distraction-free driving experience in acres of classic flash. At the front of the cockpit, a factory dash hangs faux wood trim around factory telemetry, Vintage Air climate control and a digital temperature gauge. Below that dash, a wood-trimmed console frames a familiar Hurst shifter. Below that console, new carpet rides under color-keyed floor mats. At the sides of that carpet, Standard door panels twist chrome handles in front of small arm rests. In front of the driver, an "SS" branded steering wheel spins a half-wrapped rim around billet spokes. And behind the passengers, a fully restored trunk features matching carpet.
