Description

I am not the owner of this car. I am listing it for a friend who is down-sizing a car collection. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.

Orange exterior with neutral interior.

RARE SKYROOF option. Made only in mid 1972 through mid 1973. Most were coupes-the hatchback sky roof is the most rare.

Numbers match drivetrain.

58000 miles on odometer and believed to be original and true.

Engine codeT0427CKW. VIN on pad matches car's VIN.

3rd owner. Previous owners were from Montana and Colorado (43000 miles when bought by the Colorado owner as per previous title).

This is a true SS 350 limited edition.

Matching numbers 350 engine with 4 bbl carb (originally a 2 bbl carb and is included with other original parts).

Auto trans turbo 350.

Trim tag shows paint and interior as correct per factory.

Interior seats were redone in fabric and are beautiful. Door panel vinyl on both doors is cracked a bit.

Was repainted prior to this owner's acquisition and is the correct medium orange metallic.

Dual sport mirrors are original and unique to the SS. Drivers side is remote.

PS PDB Auto on floor. Radio is aftermarket as are the gauges but look close to stock.

Documentation includes owner's manual accessory pamphlet emissions and controls booklet and maintenance schedule that came in the glovebox from the factory.

Skyroofs were assembled in England and shipped to Chevrolet (see pic).

The vinyl top roof is original and excellent as is the skyroof.

Correct WF label on radiator shroud.

Has the original jack and spare space saver tire.

NEW battery spark plugs fuel filter tune up.

Needs some TLC or drive as is. There is some paint bubbling on rear quarter lips and right fender but will pass inspection. Back bumper rubber strip is in poor shape in spots (see pic).

Could use 2 universal joints and a passenger door pin bushing.

With a little time and work this car will look better and could be a fun project for the right individual as this car was a top-of-the-line model back then!

This car is not a Barrett Jackson show car. It is a very nice car to drive that is stock and not monkeyed with too much. It wasdriven a bit taken care of garaged and then stored. It starts right up and chokes at high idle as it should and kicks off when warmed up a bit as it should. It is a great runner and dependable.
