We will start off with the exterior of the Pick Up. The body is rock solid with good fit of all the panels. At the time of the resto they installed new glass and seals. The stainless around the windshield and doors looks good. It has a new chrome bumper out front and the back was removed and a roll pan was installed. Also, t has an aftermarket headlights and LED Tail Lights. This truck is covered in Victory Red Base Coat clear coat that is slick to the touch. They did a nice job in the jams and inside the bed that is set off by the new oak bed and stainless trim. The final exterior touch is the set of 18” and 20” American Wheels and Tires.
Next, e will take a look at the interior of the ’48. On the inside it’s all done in Black Leather and Vinyl. All the metal is painted to match the exterior and creates the perfect complement. The dash has Autometer gauges. It also has a Chrome Tilt Column with the Column Shift and LeCarra Wheel. The final touch is the new carpet.
Finally, e will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood the firewall and inner fenders are painted the same as the body color. The engine is a 350 V8 that is mated to a 350 Turbo Trans and 10 Bolt Rear End. It’s dressed with Chrome Valve Covers and Breather. Aluminum Pulleys and Billet brackets have been installed along with the AC Compressor. The sound is provided by the Coated Headers and Flows Master Exahust. For Brakes it has Disc up front and drums out back. The front end was sub framed with what looks like a Chevelle clip that has Power Steering. When you look under this ’48 it’s solid with a good frame.
