Very nice red1989 Corvette convertible with a red interior and white top - very sharp. There are a few things it needs, ut overall it is in terrific condition. Car runs and drives very well, oes not burn or leak oil, ngine compression is correct and has never been in an accident. This is an unmolested Corvette and I am the 2nd owner
Maintenance done in recent years keeping it in great shape:
- Fuel injectors
- Intake manifold gaskets
- Thermostat
- EGR
- Battery (1 month old)
- ECM
- Complete exhaust from front to back and O2 sensor
- 4 new Goodyear Eagle directional performance e tires
- Replaced the wheels 5 years ago with the original style and size
- Ball joints
- Tie rods
- Urethane bushing in the front suspension - all the new bushing for the rear come with the car, he just need to be installed
- Shocks
- Geometry alignment done last summer
- Ceramic brake pads
- Brake hoses upgraded to stainless steel hoses
- Rebuilt brake master cylinder
- Seats have been recovered with OEM leather
- Convertible top
- Headlight motor gear bushings (both sides)
Things it needs:
- Finish installing new weather stripping - I have replaced about half of it but there's more to go and the new weather stripping comes with the car
- A/C does not work - needs to be recharged (I've never concerned myself about A/C since I always drive with the top down)
- Stereo needs to be replaced
- Drivers side seat does not move forward
- Carpet has a few wear spots
- Car has original paint so there's a few nicks and stone chips
Also comes with a Haynes Shop manual and a new seat of Corvette specific floor mats
