this is a super clean survivor original paint, nterior, inyl top, tc.I got from who I believe was the original owner - or at least had the car since the early 70s.
currently has red line bias ply tires on it that look fantastic.
Hadthis car listed recently, ut on a drive - the timing chain gave out - and needless to say caused some issues - SOpulled the top end of the motor apart - had the heads rebuilt, leaned EVERYTHING - installed a new timing chain - and basically rebuilt the top end of the motor - flushed out the bottom end to be sure all was well - I've since put about 250 miles on the car and it runs better than ever. During the top end rebuild, put all new valves in and had a 3 angle valve job, ew timing chain, ew water pump and all new bolts/gaskets etc - head/intake/exhaust gaskets (obviously) new exhaust manifold packing - sandblasted and coated the manifolds andspark plug heat shields - rebuilt the carb and distributor, new points, condenser, lugs, nd wires) etc. an easy 1000$ worth of parts - not including any of my own labor.
this car is an original 350, 50hp with and runs like a top - over the past couple years, 've had a 4bbl Qjet on a 1970dated cast iron intake - both will come with the car but the qjet is in need of a rebuild - so I put all the stock stuff back on...the car runs fantastic - just had the th350 rebuilt as it was leaking fromthe front pump so it was pulled and overhauled -
freshly recharged R12 ac that shoots "ice cubes" it will fog up your glasses it blows so cold
stainless exhaust with borla turbo mufflers (look stock - sound great) SS454 exhaust tips welded on.
interior is like new - and had a Delco Af/FM orange light stereo (I think the orange lights were from 1971)
The enginecompartment has just beendetailed and looksfantastic - as nice a "driver" as can be.
really can't say enough about how great of a driver and cruiser this car is - just put newbillets shocks on all 4 corners - and had the lowercontrol arm bushings and ball joins replaced -
really do not want to part with it - but i just don't have the storage for this beauty any longer
