1948 5 window cab on a 1948 frame modified to accept 1954 box Heidts front suspension inc power steerin, disc brakes p225 15" front tires on steel slots shaved door handles and electric windows, ucket seats inc center console, adio with cd player and frenched electric antenna door openers are in the rail along the bed side. louvered and welded center of hood ghost flamed are a combination of gold, range and red pearl in the clear coat. 327 chev engine with camero 5 speed trans 10 bole chev rear with 308 gears on 245 60 15 tires, 80mph it runs about 2100 rpm. the bed sides have been modified having the stake pockets filled and the rear rails covered, he center of the tail gate was cut out and and turned around welded back in so it reads chevrolet from the inside louvered plate on the rear of the gate with a louvered roll pan, 939 chev tail lights. it has less then 3000 miles since i built it. this pickup looks, rives and runs great.
