This is my 1967 Chrysler 300 two door hardtop. I've had this car about 15 years & bought it from the original owner who was an old guy in Bridgeport CT who had a mechanic shop in town for decades. This car was his wife's so it was well taken care of & was in all original running condition when I bought it. The car has only looked the way it is now for the past two years. The car has a 3m matte black wrap on it which was professionally done a couple years ago the wrap is rated to last up to 10 years if cared for, please do your research on wraps & know they're not show paint perfect they're are always seams & minor imperfections even when done by the best in the country it's just part of the process. Underneath it is the original gold color. The car had/has 0 rot, it was prepped just as you would prep for paint before it was wrapped. You can ride out the wrap the way it is & when you're ready peel it off and go to paint if you choose the bumpers which were in nice shape were also wrapped that is not paint so you could peel the wrap of them if you choose but I like the way it looks. This car is 100% turn key EVERYTHING has been done front to back. I've done way too much to type it all out but I'll try & I will happily go into full detail of everything that's been done with you over the phone or in person I have a giant stack of receipts (pictured) for all parts & labor probably over 12k in receipts & those are the ones I held on to I'm sure I lost some. Like I said the car is turn key, you won't have to put any $ into it just get in & go. It has a awesome running 440 & 727 automatic transmission which are both original to the car. Full electronic ignition system, Holley double pumper carb with electric choke mounted to a edelbrock performer rpm intake & the combo produced a nice amount of additional low end torque, mini high torque starter. Dual exhaust with flow masters 40 series mufflers & it sounds aggresive but not too over the top, HP exhaust manifolds. Power windows all around that I've spent well over a grand on to make sure they all work which was extremely important to me since it's a no post car & it looks incredible when all the windows are down. Power seat that works. Windshield has scrathes that I was told could be polished out based on the depth I just haven't got around to doing it I even have the polishing kit which I will include with the car. 130.00 Budge RB (rain blocker) car cover included. Hideaway stereo that you can plug your phone into, Memphis Audio 6x9's in the back & a 4x6 in the dash which sounds excellent & clean the head unit is under the passenger side of the seat you can point the remote at the floor & it reflects the signal to the radio face so it's easy to control volume etc.. We added power door lock actuators which are controlled by the alarms remote. Kill switch. The car didn't have tilt column so I got a black column out of a 67 imperial so it now has tilt & telescoping wheel. The interior was removed to install new carpet & there was one hole in the floor which was fixed & POR'ed new black carpet is a high quality reproduction of original. Headliner is perfect, seats are in nice shape but the backseat has a split in the seam about 4 or 5 inches I actually hide it with the car duster that you see in the picture. All lights work. Complete front end rebuild kit from Kanter in NJ was installed along with everything suspension related. Completely new brakes all around including hardware & lines. The old man who owned this car owned a shop in Bridgeport for many years & said he rebuilt the motor & I believe he added hardened valve seats because I've never had any pinging or funny business when using today's gas 93 is what I use & never have a problem. The only negative thing I can say about the car is the rear main seal is wet which if you know 440's you know that's just part of the deal. It never bothered me enough to pull the motor & replace it since the amount of oil lost is not even noticeable between oil changes its super common & just wasn't worth the hassle to do, I just figured I'd wait until I pulled the motor for a build up one day that I'd obviously deal with it then & since I'm selling it now I just wanted to be honest & mention it. 727 trans shifts perfectly & has been serviced with new fluid, filter, & pan gasket last summer I have a shift improver kit that I was going to install at some point & will include it with the car. When I got the car I had a compression test done & the numbers were all good so we just did everything on the exterior of the motor. Everything on the motor has been replaced meaning EVERYTHING all pumps done (water, fuel, oil) all lines changed (fuel, trans, brakes) new true double roller timing chain set & harmonic balancer, obvious valve covers & gaskets, high quality 3 row aluminum radiator (not a cheapo) msd wires, plugs, motor & trans mounts, new distributor, power steering rebuilt & new lines, every bulb has been changed, on & on etc. Early production Boyd Coddington Junk Yard Dog wheels 18x9 in the back 18x8 in the front with brand new tires so it rides great. Tons of detailing work under the hood. I had wiring work done on this car that would cost thousands of dollars in labor including a lot of tucking reducing of visible wiring under the hood every wire has been gone through & replaced, there is nothing sketchy electric wise on this car it was truly all done & topped off with a 150.00 Powermaster alternator with a direct line to the battery (new megatron Interstate). One year only "waterfall" brake lights which are impossible to find & I found two nos ones over the years with fantastic chrome & super bright ruby red lenses. The door handles are new repops. Beautiful condition drivers mirror that I got from CA used but looks nos & I added the passenger mirror which did not come standard on this model but I wanted to have mirrors on both sides it is repop & looks great. So much more that I can explain in person or over the phone. The best part about this car is nobody has one I've been to shows everywhere & nobody has one of these & definitely not one that looks like this so if you want to have a one of a kind this is it. My name is Ray 203-434-7217 give me a call if you'd like to talk about the car & set up a time to view & drive it. You couldn't build this car for under 20k plus.I am sure I forgot some things, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to meet any shipping company that you arrange pick up with to help them load it up, car comes with two sets of keys with two alarm remotes. The alarm on this car is very good & has an added feature which detects the level of the car meaning if someone tried to jack it up even one degree the alarm will sound there is also wheel lug nut locks on all four wheels that take an actual key, they are old Cal Custom locks that work great. Car is sold with Bill of sale since CT does not issue titles for classic cars which is all you will need to register it. Please do not bid if you don't have the cash I would like this to be a smooth as possible. After the deposit I'd like cash in person if you are picking it up or bank transfer if you are having it shipped which will have to clear first obviously. I will work with your shipping company no problem & will store the car for a week or so while you arrange that no problem.
For sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. If you have less than 10 positive feedback, you must contact me first or your bids will be cancelled. $500 Pay Pal non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end.
