This 1962 Chrysler Newport is a 3 Owner Original 56K car. It has had one Paint job to it's totally unmolested body. no where on the car is there patch panels / bondo /rust or rot.i invite you to grab at any part of the car and see that it is in fact clean as a whistle full of many new and replaced parts . Including but not limited to rubber lines and bushings along with new tires that have been used for a total of about 2500 miles. The car received a Flake Roof and Lowering treatment. I lowered the front end 1.5 inches while lowering the rear 3 inches and adding in air shocks to keep from sacrificing the ride Quality. This Chrysler boasts a strong 361ci motor topped with a 2 barrel carburetor that has no history of any problems and drives comfortable at 75 miles an hour for hours at a time. With its original interior in remarkable condition for its age and “Astro dome” style gauge cluster it wows the masses do to the odd configuration. with added modern radio in the glove box to add music from an MP3 player to your ride you can listen to your favorites while retaining the stock dash.Everyone falls in love with the grille those chrome bullets covering the grille also made their way on to the steering wheel and hub caps to complete the mild custom look. this car is ready to drive cross country tomorrow and makes for a great start out custom without too much personal modificationjust enough room to make it your own.or a great family hauler.
