1966 DATSUN L520 1300 PICKUP TRUCKNO RESERVE

Here is a chance to own a rarepiece of History. This model with 2 headlights was only made for a limited time between 1965 and 1966.
I have had the truck for about one year and here iswhat I know about it;The truck is mostly alloriginal but at some time the engine wasswapped to a later model Datsun donor 1400 with a matching 5 speed manual transmission. I drove it before I took it apart to have it painted and restored and it drove fine, hifted perfect, rakes and lighting worked as they should and the suspension felt normal. The bodyshop that painted the truck in February 2016 told me that someone had possibly replaced a portion of the cab with parts from the same year truck. There isabsolutely no rust onthis truck and it was owned by a gentleman that lives in the high desert of California. The body is not perfect but it is in great shapeconsideringthe age.The truck is all metal. The truck is currently registered in California and I have a clear title in my name.
New aluminum radiator with electric fan that is mounted on the front of the radiator and pushes air towards the engine. I will include the original radiator.New whitewall tires on original 6 lug rims.New paint.New Original green tintwindshield and rubber installed.New rubber on back window installed.New door rubber installed.New corner window rubber included but not installed.New original molded carpet kit (Gold bronzecolor included but not installed.The steering wheel is out of a 1966 Chevy Impala.The truck comes with an original Datsun AM/FM Radio but it is not plugged in.I have a cool original heavy duty rear bumper and othermiscellaneous parts that will be included with the truck.
I ran out of money to complete the truck but it is almost there. The new owner will need to make some door panels, headliner and perhaps add a new seat cover. Also the new carpet and corner window rubber will need to be installed. I will make sure the truck is running and driving before pickup.
