A $500 deposit must be made by the winner within 24 hours of the auction's end. The deposit is not refundable in any way, shape, form, or by any terms. Your agreement to purchase this vehicle is binding and cannot be withdrawn from once won. Don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. Full payment must be made within 7 days of the auction's end or you will be filed and listed as a non-paying bidder. If payment is made in any form other than cash in person, the check, money order, or transfer must FULLY CLEAR before the vehicle will be released. People have had problems with fake cashier's checks in the past, so everything must FULLY CLEAR before I hand over the vehicle. There is no warranty expressed or implied. This sale is final. If the vehicle is not picked up within 7 days of final payment, a storage fee of $15 per day will be assessed that you are required to pay at or before the time of pickup. If the vehicle is not paid for and picked up within the stated time, the buyer will loose any rights to the vehicle as well as the money they have paid.
