Description

This is a listing for my little custom Datsun 521 roadster truck. I purchased this from a veteran custom car builder about 6 months ago. This truck has been cut and fabricated to fit a 510 frame, with other additions like the roll cage and roadster front end. The car has 100's of man hours put in it. Don't mind the surface rust, this one doesn't have the type you need to worry about. The car has a new wiring harness, detachable steering wheel, good brakes from a skyline, ka24 w/89k when pulled from a 240sx along with its 5speed, then he added a really quick responsive clutch/flywheel combo, hand made straight piped Y tip exhaust which gives it the perfect loud sound, and cruises on a flip switch adjustable air bag set up. The car was well built and pretty fast, has a 0-60 time at around 6 seconds, but I have a few cars and this one ended up sitting for a bit, and the slave cylinder failed, but I can send you a new one and new clutch line with purchase. I ended up procrastinating to fix it and now there are a few more problems like a stuck hood latch, and the switch to the front air bags is non responsive. The car does not have power windows, A/C, nor power steering.
Don't be discouraged by the amount of work this baby needs, it's all beginner work. This car can bring joy to anybody, it hurts to let her go, but I just don't have the time,tools, nor experience to fix her up.
I'm not dropping the price any more, I'm taking a $1500 loss at $5500, with a few grand put into her she'll easily bring 12-15k maybe even more with the right buyer. She's a 1 of 1 eye catching, trophy winner for Christs sake, what are you guys waiting for? I'm trying to move to So Cal and you cheap F###s are holding up the train. lol
