Up for sale is an absolutely stunning example of a 1979 Datsun 280zx. This car has won numerous awards and was a recipient of a 3 year restoration that started with a very nice original North Carolina car. The car was originally sold at Bellevue Datsun in Bellevue Washington and still retains its original service contract certificate, wners manual, arranty and service booklet along with numerous service records from throughout the years. Car was completely stripped and painted to a super high quality base coat clear coat paint job never had any rust or sheet metal work all of the bright work bumpers trim etc are all beautiful and original. The interior has lots of originality it does have new carpet door panels and seats all done to original specs however the dash headliner steering wheel are all original and perfect with no wear whatsoever. The interior is as new still retains its original Datsun a/m f/m radio with Hitachi 8 track player and power antenna. The car has has had complete gone through of all the mechanics numerous reciepts battery tune up tires brakes you name it has been done. The tires are brand new white letter fire hawk Indy 500 which look great along with the stock Zx wheels which are perfect.. The car runs and drives amazing I have put over 800 miles on the car just this summer and is an absolute blast to drive. The engine compartment is all original and it has ice cold a/c. Other options include a power driver mirror and a tilt or removable sunroof. This car is one my favorite cars I've ever owned but loss of storage going into the fall is making me have to part with it.
