The pictures tell most of the story, ere is the rest: This is a NON-SMOKING, ET-FREE, O "REPORTED" ACCIDENTS (with a repair to one corner) TRADE-IN from our dealership. CarFax lists it as having only one owner but also notes "title issued or updated" several times. The fact it keeps going back to the same locations for service year after year would imply one owner - but we really can't prove it.
For a 25 year old car it has remarkably low mileage and is in very good condition - but it's 25 years old! The interior is great, he exterior has some weathering. CarFax says no reported accidents but the left side has an extra layer of paint on it and the left rear quarter panel shows repair right at the tail light as we'll show you in the photos.
Now for the "bad stuff" about it: We are concerned about how it runs! When I took the photos it started right up, an for a very short time then stalled. It started, an and stalled several times until I noticed the gas gauge wasn't registering - it was bone dry! We put a little fuel in it, et it sit with the key on for a bit (to let the electric fuel pump do its thing) and it fired right up on the first touch of the key and never stalled again. It was described to me as having a "computer issue" and ran intermittently, ut now we're wondering if it wasn't simply low on fuel.
It needs a new battery. The old one is totally gone and it needs jump started every time.
The driver's door power window is totally dead. It could be the window switch (available on eBay auction for as low as $14.95 or it could be the motor. We didn't diagnose it.
It will need two new front tires sooner than later. They have 5/32" of tread depth and our dealership policy is to replace at 4/32" when reconditioning a car for retail.
The "tilt" adjust handle on the driver's seat is loose, t appears to need a couple of screws replaced to hold it in place.
BOTH the "SRS" and "PWR" alert lights on the instrument cluster are illuminated. We don't have the diagnostic tool to tell you why - sorry!
