1971 Dodge Charger SE. highly optioned two tag car. Factory TX9 triple black w/ air conditioning & a383 HP / Automatic.
Asolidcar. It's never had any patch panels, quarters, floor pans, trunk extensions etc... a well preserved car with all original sheet metal.
The engine is a 383. The block is matching numbers. I also have the matching numbers heads in a box that will come w/ the sale of the car. The engine has about 5,000 miles on a fresh build. It's got a mild cam, Edelbrock performance aluminum heads, Edelbrock intake & carburetor. Hooker super comp headders w/ flow master exhaust. The 727 slapstick automatic has a stall converter. I've got a stack of receipts totaling 15 grand put in the motor & tranny. 8 3/4" rear end, but I'm not sure about thegear ratio.
The tires are good about 75% of life left on them. The front tires look good, but they're really to wide & scrub the inside of the fenders on sharp turns.
The rust free body was recently primed & block sanded 3 times to get it laser straight before laying down a beautiful gloss black paint job. You know how hard it is to get a gloss black car perfect. Well my body mechanic put 3 months of elbow grease into getting this car just right. The front & rear bumpers have been re-chromed and look like mirrors.
There are still little odds & ends to finish up as time allows but for the most part, this car is ready for the next car show. See my videos & pictures for more details & if that doesn't answer allyour questions, gimmie a call at 252-619-8067
