Description
selling a 1969 dodge sweptline, it started as a D100 and I put it on a 1970 W100 frame. Everything on the frame was cleaned and painted to the factory correct colors, this was done to clean it up and not in any way to mislead someone that any of it has been restored. I have not done anything to this vehicle other that what I will specify. if it isn't listed assume it is original. I bought this truck in 2014 and drove it around for a couple years before swapping the 69 to the 70 frame, within that time I rebuilt the carb (2 barrel) and have done a basic tune up (plugs, cap, rotor, wires, oil, filter exc.) I re-arched a pair of 80's front leaf springs and but a lift block in the rear to get the lift it has, this included a longer rear brake line to the axle to make it work. It has a 3" suspension lift and a 1.5" body lift when I did the body swap. I have a complete A/C setup that came out of my 1970 that I would throw in if requested at no extra cost. (will be placed in cab and not installed). This truck has the typical rust for these dodge sweptlines there is rust in both floorboards the RT rocker is rusty and the LT one is showing signs, the LT front cab mount is rusty also. the RT fender has some damage and so does the tailgate andRT bedside.I have attached photos to show the extent of the rust and damage the best I can, the windshield is broken, and the tail/park lights and turn signals don't work (haven't had time to look into it, maybe a ground? H/L switch?) the brake lights and headlights do work, wipers work also. please look over the pictures closely and bid with confidence, but please remember this truck is NOT restored in any way and it is going on 50 years old. It has 33X12.50x15" tires on 15x7 wheels. it rides like a tank and the bias ply tires don't help it! I do think if you didn't want to run the swampers it would ride quite a bit better! please feel free to ask ANY questions, I have additional photos and video if wanted. or if you want specific photos just ask. The buyer is responsible for any charges for pickup or shipping of this vehicle and I will require a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of the ending of this listing. I do reserve the right to end this early at anytime as it is for sale locally also.
