Description

This Dart was found in 2007 that had been in storage sense 1983 in Louisville KY with 26181 original miles. We bought this car for my wife and made it as far as you see it but we have no time in our busy lives to finish it in a timely fashion so our loss is your gain. The dog house firewall and floor boards where soda blasted primed and the floor and firewall were painted. The 440 motor and 727 trans were rebuilt to stock. Rear suspension was changed to ride-tech triangulated 4 bar with a 8. 8 ford rear end with 3:55 gears and disc brakes. The front end has been totally rebuilt and had disc brakes added. The fuel tank was cleaned and sealed by Ropples radiator service. The brake lines and fuel lines are ran to the front all that is left underneath is the drive shaft which is in the trunk (needs to be lengthen) and exhaust. It comes with rear fender skirts. The car has little rust at the front and back of the rear wheel openings but had no rust in the floor boards or trunk pan as you can see in pics. The pic of the build sheet in the pass floor board is just to show how nice the car is and the pic of the firewall is the color we were going to paint the car. I have the Dupont paint code. The original 318 motor and torque flight transmission are still available but not included in this sale. This is a very solid car. I have a clear KY title in my name. The car is sold as is.
