History:
I purchased this Challenger as a project car in the 90's. Most of the work was done 10 years ago. Since then it has been garage kept, ut time has had an affect on the aesthetics. I replaced the hood and rear quarters with new pieces, s well as he front and real valences, nd dual exhaust tips. Replaced the grill with a used one.
Vin#:
The Vin# on the dash is not correct; the dash wasreplacedat some point and the previous owner didn'tcare to preserve the original dash VIN tag. The numbers stamped on the body under the hood (in three different places) all match. To clear up and validate this issue, he State of Pennsylvania (PENNDOT) issued a special VIN# reflecting the same (original) numbers under the hood (see photos), nd indicating that it is a 1970 Challenger. The title is clear; this car was never stolen. Pennsylvaniadoesn'tissue special VINs for stolen cars.
