1969 DODGE DART GT CONVERTIBLE Motor 340 V8, ransmission torq-flite automatic. The exterior body (from Texas) is rust free and is in excellent condition. The exterior paint has had some minor touch u, ut is in great condition. The interior consists of the original white vinyl seats and door panels and new black carpeting. The dash has the original am radio (not working, ut under dash has a Pioneer a, fm, assette with twin speakers under front seat.
The original engine was a slant 6 cylinder and has been replaced with a 340 v8 with new 4 bbl carb. The ignition is upgraded to electronic. The engine is stron, o smok, no leaks. It has an electric fuel pump, ower drum brakes and power steering. The body of this car as far as I can tell is bondo free with no rust. There were 1,761 GT Darts built in 1969 it is estimated that that 10-15% are in existence today. When did you see your last one? The paint is not base coat clear coa, ut regular enamel. All the ball joints and tie rods were replaced 400 miles ago because the grease rubbers were bad and could not be greased. Duel exhaust with Flo Master mufflers. The top is good - no tears or holes and rear window is clear. The car has a clear Pennsylvania title. The mileage as shown in pictures is 56,369. Of course I can't prove it but with the condition of the car they could be original. All lights and systems are in fine working order.
