Beautiful, ery well-maintained (with excellent receipt history going back to the original owner), otally stock and original, abied, reat running and driving 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin Turbo All-Wheel-Drive with a wonderfully clean CarFax history and only 111,054 miles. This model of Stealth and its Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 sister car (built alongside each other in the same factory in Japan) represented Dodge andMitsubishi's answer to the Nissan 300ZX and Toyota Supra. It was called the Swiss Army Knife of performance/GT cars because it came with everything... turbocharging, ll wheel drive, anual trans, wheel steering, port/touring mode, eather, omfort, erformance, afety, tc.
This pristine example has an awesome exterior with zero accident history. The body is near perfect; primarily because it was never driven in winter. Prior owners had winter specific vehicles. Some time ago it wasresprayed to a very high standard in the original Galaxy White Pearl. The only flaws I can find are a tiny (and I mean tiny) door-ding style dent in the trunk lid (see pics) and some small rock chips on the hood. Wheels are aftermarket 18X8'spowder coatedin white (see pics). Factory painted black trim has some typical fading (they all do it). Rear window tint is getting old and starting to bubble.
The interior is equally excellent. Everything is in great condition and works properly. AC blows cold, tereo works great, eats adjust properly, unroof opens and closes, tc. The dash is also excellent with no cracks, utting, r butchery of any kind. Same goes for the leather seats, arpeting, oor panels, nd headliner. The only deviation from stock is a professionally installed Viper AlarmSystem with both FOB's. Left seat bolster had the usual wear so I had the best upholstery shop in town fix it (see pics). Adjustable drivers back and side lumbar support works great. Arm rests have barely noticeable fabric delamination (no tears). And the SRS light on the dash is on. I'm looking into it and may have it fixed by auction end.
The running gear is awesome. The original engine was rebuilt to a very high standard at 68,289 miles and still runs as new. It was rebuilt by a Mitsubishi enthusiast who knew these cars inside and out. I have pictures and a summary letter he wrote of his work in the receipts file.Syntheticoil only has been used ever since.And a new clutch was installed at 94,867 miles.Pads and rotors have recently been done.Nitto tires have great tread; right front rim has curb rash.The long-term receipt history confirms this Stealth has been well-maintained its entire life (frequently at the dealership).
