For sale is my 1988 Ferrari Mondial 3.2 (same motor as in a Ferrari 328). Red (Rosso Corsa) on black and tan leather. The car has about 46,700 original miles (still driving it somileage will increase a tad). I’ve owned the car for about a year, reviously owned by a respected Ferrari club member and maintained very well with servicerecords going back a couple decades (including many minor services and notably two major services by pro Dave Helms, pgraded fusebox and a bunch of things were sorted out). This Ferrari runs very reliably and shifts smoothly even after a several hour trip (starts every time and temp stays perfect, ee the last part of the video where I show the gauges after 2hrs of driving). Only selling because I recently bought another Ferrari and making some room in the garage.
There are a couple minor door dings as this car gets driven weekly and not just sitting. Paint is original according to the experts and looks fantasticespecially after the recent detail. Trunk closes snug but shows slightly raised on right side. A/C blows warm air, as like this when I purchased. I spare no expense on my cars and the A/C is the only thing I know of that would need addressing. Interior dash and doors are excellent, o rips or tears. Front seats' leather shows wear.
The Mondial is a sexy car (high-revving, ots of character, nzo-era and best production year (1988) for the 3.2), ust get in and enjoy, o stories, uper reliable and bulletproof chassis. The car will come with a manual booklet and most of the service history (pile of paperwork including the Helms and FoD work) in a Ferrari leather pouch, ome tools (jack tools only, itting atop the spare) two sets of keys, eather cover for cab and an unknown black canvas cover (it's sitting in the trunk which I never used).
Battery tender installed by FoD, harging dongle in front near battery or can use the special mini plug that plugs into the glovebox (see pic). Also included is the original steering wheel, think the one currently installed is either from a 348 or the Mondial T...either way it has a sportier/thicker grip.
Car was upgraded with a Nouvalari exhaust that sounds awesome and neat popping-when-deceleration/downshift. I also have the original exhaust which will be included. FoD just put on new chrome 348 wheels and new tires, olts were custom and everything safely mounted (handles EVEN better now, think this Mondial handles better than my 308). The old wheels (with good tires mounted) and bolts are ALSO included, ee last two pics showing the old wheels where paint is faded/chipping (re-blasting them shouldn't be a big deal). I don't think the old wheels were TRX (which is good) because there's no flower-pattern around the bolts, lso the tires on the old wheels are still very good/balanced. I really like these newer 348 wheels and think they fill out the wheel well nicely.
Please see video taken several weeks ago, o much fun!:
