Description

This 1978 Fiat 124 Spider is a driver'scar for a serious Fiat enthusiast and it's a head turner. It has been garage kept for over its entire history. This car has had on the frame partial restoration. It is in sound mechanical condition and been maintained and servicedregularly. There are no electrical issues or mechanical issues. The power train has the original power train. Electronic ignition was added. Alternator, water pump and fuelpump are all new. Car has new tires and battery. The blue cloth top and upholstery are in good condition with normal wear an tear. I purchased this car from a friend in 1992 who kept meticulous care of the car and I have done the same over the past 24 years.
I have traveled all over the east coast with this car during the Spring, summer andfall months and shown it atseveral car shows as well as local cruise nights. It has drawn a great deal of attention and entertaining conversation over the years by those who know the history of the Fiat in the United States and the design details of Pina Farina in Italy.
This car is sold as in with no expressed or implied warranties. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees, registration and delivery arrangements and costs. Someadditional small parts are included with this car which include theoriginal tool box, extra chrome trim pieces, window glass. A new boot is included. Buyer is responsible for all audio components. This car does not have a radio.
I have purchased all parts for this car through two major suppliers in the US fromVirginia and South central Ohio and as much as possible used OEM parts. Thanks for your interest and looking at this wonderful Italian beauty.
