Up for bid is a 1949 Ford F-3 3/4 ton pickup. A rare Item. I have owned this truck over 23 years. It has a fresh 239 8BA flathead V-8. It was bored . 30 over over all engine parts are new. Ten years ago I updated the truck for interstate driving. The transmission was updated to a later model 3 speed with overdrive. Also the rear end was upgraded with a later model limited slip 3. 73 gear ratio rearend. The truck rides and drives very well. runs at highway speeds (65 mph) with no issues. This truck is a real treat to drive. Truck is very clean inside and out. Frame on restoration performed in 1998. I will help assist in transportation of the truck at buyers expense.
