Description

Up for sale is super cool 1929 Ford Model A Hot Rod. This old skool rod was professionally built by Bruces Rod & Customs to be a turn key drive anywhere car. This Model A has several proven trips under it's belt and has never given an issue. It has made many trips to the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville Kentucky and also to the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona Florida. The build began with a very solid 29 Model A body that was sat down on 32 Ford rails. The Model A body received a chopped and filled roof and suicide doors. Side and rear glass are from and old school house with the wire mesh made into the glass. A piece of copper from an old still made the guage insert on the dash. Steering wheel is from a classic Pontiac and the seat is from an old school bus. The car is set up with a Superbell 4" drop axle, isc brakes and 9" Ford rear axle. The motor is a smooth running Chevrolet 305 V8 topped with an aluminum tri-power intake (just running on center carb) with Oldsmobile valve covers. Transmission is a turbo 350 automatic. Headlights are from a 36 Ford. Original 32 Ford grill with fiberglass grill shell. All gauges and lights work including the turn signals. Great dependable hot rod that is a proven road car, t's turn key ready......
