Description

Just in time for Christmas, errari red and certainly able to pull a sleigh. Here is a 1966 Ford Mustang, ro-Street Door Slammer with a full tube chassis. All the info in this listing is either from the original owner of this race car or from my personal observation. I cannot attest to internals, ust what I can see, ut I have reason to believe all the info I have been given is correct. The engine is a pump gas 429 stroked to 514 with a Scat crank and roller assembly using a Summit gear drive with Comp Cam Mutha Thumper Hydraulic 535 lift cam. Carb is a Bo Laws 850 DP and there is the 120 NOS with fuel spray which is complete but according to the previous owner has never been used. The full tube chassis with cage has an aluminum radiator with dual fans, arrowed 9 inch w/Moser axles and Detroit Locker with 4.11 gears. Tires are 33x18x15 MT drag radials with Weld Lites all around. The roof is chopped 3 inches and the hood, enders and doors are glass with the nose stretched 3 inches. Transmission is a C6 with kit and a B&M Pro Stick. Gauges are Auto Meter and all function. The car has all lights, ignals, og lights, orn, emovable steering wheel and is supposedly street legal however one should know that all glass is lexan, here is no parking brake or wiper and it is a little loud, orse with the dumps open. Fuel cell and battery in the trunk, djustable spoiler and parachute included. Large drilled and slotted disc brakes up front, rums in the rear handle stopping with dual master cylinder under the floor. In the theme of full disclosure both rear wheel wells have small cracks due to a previous breakage of a heim joint but easily repairable. Title is a clear and open MD title along with a similar bill of sale and original vin number is plainly visible in a number of places. No test pilots unless you are John Force or a close relative.
