The body and floors are rust free. Paint is approximately 1 month old pro base/clear and has been cut and polished to a nice shine. I would rate the body and paint a 9out of 10 very nice. Undercarriage was given a rubberized undercoating at the same time of the paint. The motor is the original 289 V8. Motor is turnkey,runs good withdecent power and does not overheat. Good compression through all cylinders. The transmission isa recently serviced C4 three speed automatic. It shifts fine through all gears including reverse. Exhaust is original dual full length 2 inchpiping Turbo stylemufflersproducing anice throaty tone. Factory power steering has been serviced with a new pumpand works good. Factory drum brakes front andrear have been inpected and have good shoes,vehiclestops nicely. Suspension is stock having received new front and rear Monroe shock absorbers. Rear end isthefactory 8 inch, luid topped offCastrol80W90 with friction modifiers. I have owned this Mustang for almosta year. During that time it has received therepair and restoration work. Just to be clear this is not being advertised as a perfect show car. If that is what you are looking for call Barret Jackson or Jay Leno. I would classify it as a nicelyrestored driver.
