Description

Barn Find This 1967 Ford Thunderbird has been with this current owner since 1981. This car is very fast but not driven for 20 years so is non-running. It has a V8 engine and is larger than the mustang. It would make a great project Similar cars fully restored are worth up to $40000 We have the Pink Slip in hand First come first serve buyer will need a tow truck or trailer to move the car. Owner is too old to help you move it so you are responsible for transportation.
The Story:
My uncle purchased this car used in 1981. At that time the car was only 14 years old. He has kept it since. mostly in a garage. He prepped it to get painted but his x-wife had other ideas so he never got to get it painted.
Now the house where it is located is in escrow and will close at the end of February 2016.
If you want this car act quickly because it must go ASAP. If you wait till the end of the auction to bid it might be too late.
For best result call by phone between 9am-8pm Pacific Time. The car has not driven for several years so is sold with terms AS-is-where-is.

You will be buying person to person from Bob Kronquist the owner on title.
This is ready to be a quick project that can make anyone a few bucks or result in ownership of a nice classic car if you have some time.
  • Recommended for a quick & cheap successful project.
  • Tow it home
  • Service the carburetor & Fuel to start the engine
  • Check and service the brakes for functionality
  • Test drive
  • Take it to a paint shop as its prepped for paint now and even choose your color.
  • Reinstall and secure interior and exterior trim parts.
  • See if you want to keep it or sell it.

If you want a more complex & expensive project then do step one and if you want later you can also:

  • Get a late model computer controlled engine and transmission from a wrecking yard with wire harness and retrofit them into this car.
  • Upgrade the suspension to late model components

Used classic T-birds sell in good running condition from $11,000-$40,000

I am the Nephew of my Uncle Bob Kronquist. I have the knowledge to complete this project but no the time.

My uncle is getting old and does not have the energy to finish this project.

If you like you can even have it towed to a pro-shop such as Counts Customs in Las Vegas or similar and pay to have it done for you by restoration experts.

This car is all here and its a California Car. Our goal it to have this car out asap so give us a call if you are thinking about bidding on it.

We might be willing to end the auction early to get it gone.

This auction is NO RESERVE meaning high bidder wins.

Also I can assist to find you shipping but this car may require special handling to prep for outdoor shipping if you are far away.
